First with David being a vertan like myself he knows our struggles in find a home and couldn't have been a better person to help us find our first home after medicaly retiring from the Army. David was helpful from the start of our house hunting. He gave us realistic views and helped us find the perfect Home. After finding a home David was awesome in helping find local companies to do our home inspection, HVAC inspection, and pest inspection. He saved us alot of trouble when there was a problem with the HVAC in the home and had to be replaced, which we noticed a couple days before closing. Even under pressure from the mortgage, he informed us that the house stilled needed repairs and to wait to close. The hoise ended up need a complete HVAC system and saved us a lot of trouble had we closed knowing the house wasn't ready. Honestly he went above and beyond my expectations. Mitch was the most helpful realtor I have ever seen. He isn't afraid of work either. He spent two hours with me before we closed lookin at every detail of the house and what needs done. Even after we closed he is right here if I need someone. My husband is currently deployed so t means the world to me that he is so helpful and was amazing during the process of buying the house. His performance doesn't have a chart because it exceeds it.

My overall experience was amazing. The process was so easy for me because of Mitch. I watched other friends struggle buying a house. Not with Mitch, he got everything done. If I wanted something changed it was done. If someonething wasn't right and I didn't notice it he would fix it. He was great at helping with my son while looking at the house. Mitch is one of the most hard working people I have met in a long time. Not only that he genuinely cares about his clients. Even after closing on the house he offered helping me move a few things because he knows I'm doing it alone without my husband here. I could honestly go on and on all day about how much I appreciate everything Mitch has done for me. Mitch is someone that even though I'm already closed on this house if I needed help he would still help me anyway he could. I would definitely use him again in the future.

He is a great guy overall and I'm not just saying his because he sold me a beautiful home. I am saying this because he is still here and helping me. He still checks in and makes sure that I have everything I need and that this place is what I expected. The fact he even is still willing to be right here and help me after closing is amazing to me. He could have made me use my warranty. But he didn't he went and got the part and was right here to fix the issue. He even installed my dryer for me.
